Your reservation must be made on Best Western for the Best Western Orangeville Inn & Suites to qualify.  Rates must be open and available to the general public and does not apply to Negotiated Corporate Rates, Entertainment Rates, Group and Net Rates.

Third Party Distressed Inventory sites where the consumer does not know the hotel being booked until confirmed do not apply.  Examples of these sites are Priceline and Hotwire.

Package websites that offer other travel components such as air and car rental, along with Hotel package rates that include additional amenities such as meals, parking and spa do not apply.

Discount rates that are offered to select groups of individuals such as Senior Citizen rates and Government Rate do not apply to the Best Rate Guarantee.

Validation Process

A lower rate on an alternate site must be found within 24 hours of booking or at the same time of your booking.   Each night will be considered individually when evaluating the lower rate.

In order to validate, the lower rate must be bookable for the alternate site.

The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to local, municipal and federal taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort and/or DM Fee you may incur during your stay.

The acceptance of all requests for the Best Rate Guarantee is at the discretion of the Best Western Orangeville Inn & Suites.
